Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness for both clients and our team, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
- No charge for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance.
- 15% of the quoted price for cancellations made within 12 hours or less.
- 25% of the quoted price for cancellations made within 6 hours or less.
- 50% of the quoted price if the photographer has already arrived at the property.
- All cancellation fees are capped at $$150.
We appreciate your understanding, and we encourage open communication if scheduling conflicts arise
This policy is in place out of respect for our time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Travel Fee
- A fee of $0.95 per km (round trip) (minus included 35kms)
- The fastest route is taken to the location - not necessarily the shortest.
